A minor in Land Surveying requires 18 hours of course work. It includes some of the course requirements to apply for a Land Surveyor in Training license in Wyoming.

The Land Surveying minor may be paired with any major. The intent of this minor is to prepare the student for the pursuit of Professional Licensure. Those only seeking the remote learning LS courses should see the Cadastral Land Surveying Certificate found at http://www.uwyo.edu/civil/landsurvey/. All LS classes are offered as distance learning through Distance Education Programs.
