ACCT 5810 - Taxes and Business Strategy

Tax and Business Strategy develops a student’s ability to identify, understand, and evaluate tax-planning opportunities.  The focus is on algebraic tax planning concepts and the effects of taxes on business decisions rather than on detailed tax rule, compliance, or legal research.

Prerequisite: Graduate level standing, advanced business standing and either MBAM 5204 or MBAM 5208, or approval from the instructor.
