Human Resource Management


The Human Resource Management (HRM) minor is a practice-focused program that provides students with a strategic understanding of how organizations attract, develop, and retain talent. The program emphasizes ethical, legal, and strategic dimensions of managing people in the workplace. Students will explore foundational HR principles, including staffing, training, compensation, and performance management, and learn how to apply them to improve organizational effectiveness and societal outcomes.
