HIST 5494 - The U.S. in Latin America Credits: 3 This course explores Latin America’s experiences with the United States during the twentieth century. The class addresses U.S.-Latin American relations from a variety of angles, covering topics from military intervention and government policies, to informal imperialism and cultural exchanges through film and literature.
