ENR 4450 - Negotiation Credits: 3 Examines how to use negotiation to resolve conflict and get agreement. Describes conflict; outlines ways to address conflict; examines different negotiation strategies and the impact of cognitive bias, power, ethics, and individual and cultural differences; and explores mediation practices. Students complete negotiations, role-plays, and questionnaires.
