This course examines the strategies and tools available to manage and resolve conflicts at multiple levels. It investigates leadership theory, mediation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and other problem-solving approaches. It focuses on conflict from multiple levels - e.g., interpersonal, organizational, community-based, within society, and internationally to address thorny challenges and intractable problems.
