SOC 3500 - Sociology of Gender Credits: 3 Max Credit 3
This course explores gender through a cultural and structural approach. The cultural approach emphasizes the variability in social expectations for men and women across time and place; the structural approach analyzes the effect of social institutions such as family, government, education, and the economy of gender.
Prerequisite: SOC 1000 Cross Listed GWST 3500 A&S College Core 2015 ASD
