From cell to society, this course applies previous course work in nutrition and human systems physiology to understand the metabolic determinants of weight control emphasizing pathology, psychodynamics, assessment, and treatment of obesity.

Prerequisite: FCSC 1141 ; ZOO 3115 ; STAT 2050
