Engineering of chemical reactions and processes for commodity chemicals, petroleum-based fuels, petrochemicals, intermediates, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and engineered materials. Environmental strategies for waste minimization and pollution prevention.

Prerequisite: CHEM 2420 and CHE 3015 (may be taken concurrently).
