EMAT 5600 - Quantitative Reasoning & Modeling in Mathematics and Science Education Credits: 3 Advanced study of theories, issues, research and practices for teaching and learning mathematics and science focused on quantitative reasoning and mathematical modeling (QRaMM). Analysis of fundamental constructs relevant to QRaMM in education. Activities engage the scholarship of critical analysis, and interdisciplinary applications aimed at student knowledge and expertise in QRaMM.
Prerequisite: Graduate student status.
