Introduction to research methods, including among other topics: bibliographic resources and citing, possible paper structures, data collection (surveys, experiments, others), ethics in research and IRB, basics of data tabulation and analysis, funding proposal writing, peer-reviewing, online presence, and conference presenting.

Prerequisite: 6 credit hours of upper division courses or Graduate standing.
