Air Force ROTC offers an Aerospace Studies minor.

The 18 credit hours required to accomplish the Aerospace Studies minor will effectively compliment many majors, provide a sound basis for future professional development, and increase the career opportunities of a UW graduate.

Minor Requirements

For the Aerospace Studies minor, the student must complete the core AFROTC program consisting of the following courses:

AIR 1010 - Heritage and Values of the Air Force I Credits: 0-1.5
AIR 1020 - Heritage and Values of the Air Force II Credits: 0-1.5
AIR 2010 - Team and Leadership Fundamentals I Credits: 0-1.5
AIR 2020 - Team and Leadership Fundamentals II Credits: 0-1.5
AIR 3010 - Leading People/Effective Communication I Credits: 3
AIR 3020 - Leading People/Effective Communication II Credits: 3
AIR 4010 - National Security Affairs/Preparation for Active Duty I Credits: 3
AIR 4020 - National Security Affairs/ Preparation for Active Duty II Credits: 3
