Human Nutrition Minor

A minor in Human Nutrition and Food enhances degrees in kinesiology and health, food science, nursing, and related fields. Students learn how food choices influence health. Does not prepare students to provide nutrition therapy or counseling. All courses required for this minor must be completed with a letter grade of C or above.
