This course explores theoretical frameworks and practical strategies for change and innovation in education. Learners examine change theories, innovation diffusion, and design thinking, analyzing drivers and barriers to innovation. Through case studies and collaboration, learners develop leadership, cultural, and technological skills to lead and sustain transformative practices in educational contexts.
