RMAL 4800  - Leadership and Collaboration Strategies to Address Contemporary Challenges in Agriculture

Capstone course emphasizing leadership development as a tool for individual, organizational, and community problem solving. Case studies will be used in which new skills, knowledge, and perspectives will be applied to scenarios requiring successful resolution of competing interests.  Students apply negotiation, conflict resolution, and collaboration methods to resolve real-world problems. 

Prerequisite: RMAL 4760   and Junior Standing
