CE 5470  - Water for Energy

Water is an integral component of energy systems. This course addresses technical, economic, and policy issues related to water use for energy production and conversion with a focus on the electric power sector and then highlights a strong need for integrated resource management in a low-carbon energy future.

Prerequisite: ES 2310 Thermodynamics or equivalent and CE 3400 Introduction to Environmental Engineering or equivalent, which could be waived for non-CE students.
